Network Load Balancing in Windows 2003 requires NICs that support multi-packet receive indications. . To determine whether your network adapter supports multi-packet receive indications, download and run the Chknic.exe tool. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsserver/bb693323.aspx Chknic.exe is also included in the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit.
