Extend the SSL tunnel port range in ISA

Some times u want tio connect to some web sites with non default ssl port 443, for example https://www.x.com:8443/ in such cases the ISA server will block the request and "The page can not be displayed" will be shown without any isa server error message. If u go isa monitoring and monitor the packets, u will see that some packets are denied with error message
"The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. "
In this case u have to extend the SSL tunnel port range, to do so u can download this software:
